Recently, I have this genius idea to look into starting my own business. I am tired of working for someone else. I want to prove my skills to myself and everyone that I can be better than today. But the problem is I was not sure what I wanted or was even interested in. This is really frustrating. But I do know that I just wanted something to help me out from this never ending circle.

To accomplish my mission, I bought four magazines about business. Hope that these magazines will give me ideas. I thought that at least one of the business ideas would draw my attention. I went home earlier that day and after dinner that evening, I dove into reading all of them.

There were several great business ideas that have been proven successful. However, none of this business interested me. My personal favorites were from people who were bragging about how rich they were and promised me that I could make thousands dollars a day. Starting from $49.00, I could contact them for information and get started to earning my own riches. Whoever came up with those business ideas without doubt knew how to get my interest. The problem was, they did not know how to keep my attention for more than a few moments. There were five ads in each magazine that was based on the same business ideas. I was tempted to try it just out of curiosity. Instead of jumping through them, I did some research about what I want to get into.

I go to Better Business Bureau website and checked out one by one advertising about quick business ideas. I was not surprised to see that every single one of them had many complaints and bad reputations. Looks like their business ideas were not so sparkling after all. Many of the complaints that had been recorded were from people who said that the company was a scam and that they had issues even getting their initial fee back even though it claimed they had a 100% money back guarantee. I can tell that their best business ideas were only about making money but definitely not for you.

Most of the other business ideas that were in trustworthy magazines were either boring or sound pretty risky. I was happy to see that some of this advertising actually told readers what their start up costs would be. They never told you the difficulties of running this kind of business. It was a shame that more people never take the time to question things like that before spend their money. Just think about it, if those business ideas really worked as well as they claim too, there would be more people taking advantage of them and say goodbye to their old jobs. Unfortunately, most of them still stuck in their boring jobs.

I gave up my quest for business ideas and stuck to my boring job. There were already too many business ideas that were in existence and to be honest, I never really know what I wanted. I have come to one conclusion. Business is not all about getting rich. It’s about how well and passionate to this thing. Just do things that interest you and you will find that thing is the best business for you.
